Holistic Business Consulting. What is it?!

Hello! First off, welcome to our business hub and thanks for reading. This will be our very first blog post!
I just want to clarify something that many may find curious. My use of the word "holistic" in the business context. Most folks are definitely familiar with this word, but are perhaps more used to it being used in a healthcare context. Holistic healthcare is a growing movement with great value - that is NOT what we practice here (although I know some great holistic healthcare practitioners should anyone need a referral!).
Rather, I use the word holistic to capture a big-picture, truly multi-faceted approach to business and it's challenges. If you look at the meaning of the word holistic in the dictionary, it literally means "to look at the whole". I believe that is a very valuable skill and mindset with which to approach business, as a generalist, a consultant, and a creative solutions expert.
Sounds simple enough, but I am not just talking about high-level strategic decision making or analysis, I am talking about incorporating the often neglected "right-brain" techniques into business management practices. Practices such as tarot, intuitive processes, and non-traditional assessments. Combining more subtle factors with traditional business tools, it is my goal to bring an attuned and balanced approach to business solutions. One concerned with people and wellbeing outcomes, as well as the bottom line. One rooted in spiritual and metaphysical practice, while simultaneously incorporating classic tools and methodologies.
This is an approach geared towards a more sustainable future, an alternative approach to high level business problems and a strategy that can bring fresh insights. It is a relatively novel concept; I have not been able to find much online about it, and I may, indeed, be a pioneer of this field. It is an area of practice I hope will grow and I intend to do my part in nurturing this new modality of practice. Who knows, perhaps, one day, I'll write a book!
Thanks for reading, and please do reach out if you think holistic business consulting services might be a fit for you.
Many Blessings,
